Mirror Lake State Park
Duration: 4.5 hours (9:30am - 2pm)
Activities include: paddling across Mirror Lake, journaling prompts and reflection time, and mindfulness and grounding practices
Community: co-facilitators and small group setting for connection and shared reflection
What to bring: 2 liters of water, lunch, snacks, a journal, and a backpack (waterproof preferable) to carry these items
Footwear: close-toed shoes required
Leave with a deeper connection to nature, community and yourself
Note: paddling experience recommended, but not required; intentional stops for grounding practices, sharing circles, and lunch
Difficulty: Moderate
Time: Full Day (4.5 hours)
Effort: Steady movement
Included In Cost:
- 30 minute orientation zoom call with Hanna and Rhiannon prior to experience
- Kayak and paddle rental, including personal flotation device (PFDs)
- Customized wellness kits for each participant
