Although both founders are licensed and practicing therapists, Soul to Summit is not therapy, we are wellness!
While the group may touch on how nature can be supportive for managing various mental health conditions, the focus of our trips and retreats is on overall wellbeing of participants’ mind, body, spirit, and communities. Our services complement therapy, but will not replace clinical treatment.

Soul To Summit bridges the gap between traditional therapy and general wellness experiences. Unlike wellness offerings that focus solely on relaxation or personal growth, our programs are guided by two licensed therapists, ready to support emotional safety, provide ethical care and clinically informed support. At the same time, we differ from traditional indoor therapy by integrating the healing power of nature—movement, sensory connection, and the natural environment—into every experience. This approach allows for deeper regulation, insight, and resilience, while feeling more embodied, accessible, and expansive than a conventional therapy office. The result is a unique blend of professional therapeutic expertise and nature-based wellness that supports meaningful, lasting change.

Plenty of snacks
More specific gear needs will be shared the week before your trip if needed.

With a wide variety of trip options, we’re confident there’s a great fit for most people. That said, there are a few limitations to be aware of.
We feel passionate about everyone finding wellness in the outdoors, but our services are only for women and/or femme+ folks.
Our services are best suited for individuals who are not currently experiencing active suicidal thoughts, plans, or intent, psychosis, or active addiction. If this is something you’re navigating right now, we truly care about your safety and well-being. While we may not be the right fit at this moment, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional who can offer the level of care you deserve. We would be happy to explore working together in the future when the timing is right.
Some of our experiences are more physically demanding than others. We invite you to explore our offerings and choose a level of challenge that feels supportive and attainable for you. Growth often comes from gentle stretching beyond our comfort zones—but not at the expense of your ability to stay present, safe, and engaged.
