Escape for a weekend and join us on a two night camping retreat and allow yourself to anchor in the present, restore clarity, and move with calm purpose beneath the open skies. Participants will connect with nature through camping, rock climbing on Saturday morning, swimming, hiking, yoga, and/or paddling, all while participating in wellness-based group practices. Modifications and adjustments to activities may occur to best support participants.
Look forward to conversation around the campfire, sleeping under the stars, and a true reset from the week.
All meals will be provided from dinner on Friday night through lunch on Sunday, where participants and facilitators will connect over shared meals and fueling our bodies.
No prior experience required, though participants should be physically prepared for an intermediate level of physical excursion throughout the weekend. Plenty of breaks and independent time will be available.
Participants are responsible for providing their own tent, sleeping gear, and mess kit (bowl and utensils). Soul to Summit will provide all paddling gear and yoga mats, and the hired rock climbing guide service will provide all climbing equipment. You may bring your own equipment that is otherwise provided, but it will be inspected prior to use to ensure safety.
