Devil’s Lake Camping Retreat
Duration: June 26 4pm - June 28 3pm
What to expect:
Two-night camping retreat designed to anchor you in the present, restore clarity, and move with calm purpose beneath open skies
Intentional movement, nature connection, and community-led wellness practices for women+ facilitated by mental health professionals
What to bring / what’s provided
You provide: tent, sleeping gear, mess kit (bowl and utensils), personal clothing and toiletries, journal, and any personal climbing gear you choose to bring
We provide: Devil’s Lake Climbing Guides climbing equipment (and inspection), guided facilitation by mental health professionals, yoga props, and basic campsite amenities
What you’ll leave with
A clearer, calmer sense of purpose and restored mental clarity
Practical tools for grounding and mindfulness to use at home
Strengthened connection to nature and to a supportive women+ community
Memories of sleeping under the stars and nourishing campfire conversations
Itinerary
Day 1 — Friday
Afternoon: Arrival and campsite setup
Early evening: Orientation and grounding practice
Night: Campfire conversation and settling in for the night
Day 2 — Saturday
Morning: Guided rock climbing session
Midday: Lunch and unstructured time (optional swim)
Afternoon: Guided hike with reflective prompts
Evening: Restorative yoga and group wellness practice; campfire sharing
Day 3 — Sunday
Morning: Gentle movement, mindfulness practices, optional swim
Late morning: Short closing hike
Midday: Lunch, pack up and departure
Accessibility & safety
Modifications available for all activities to meet varying ability levels
Safety briefings and gear inspections conducted for climbing and water activities
Difficulty: Moderate
Time: Multi-Day (47 hours)
Effort: Steady movement, option to challenge yourself
Included In Cost:
- 30 minute orientation zoom call with Hanna and Rhiannon prior to experience
- All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch
-Group campsite registration
-Rock climbing through Devils Lake Climbing Guides Saturday morning
-Guided group yoga Saturday afternoon (yoga mats included)
- Customized wellness kits for each participant
