Mirror Lake State Park

  • Duration: Approximately 4.5 hours (9:30am - 2:00pm)

  • Activities include: paddling across Mirror Lake, journaling prompts and reflection time, and mindfulness and grounding practices

  • Community: co-facilitators (licensed mental health providers) and small group setting for connection and shared reflection

  • What to bring: 2 liters of water, lunch, snacks, a journal, and a backpack (waterproof preferable) to carry these items

  • Footwear: close-toed shoes required

  • Leave with a deeper connection to nature, community and yourself

  • Note: paddling experience recommended, but not required; intentional stops for grounding practices, sharing circles, and lunch
